Site Installation Services
Workspace Technology’s Prefabricated Data Centre, Telecoms Cabin, Power Pod or SCIF solutions are typically pre-tested and commissioned so that they are fully ‘server ready’ when delivered to site. Depending on the application and site arrangements our Technical Prefabricated Buildings will be designed to allow for ‘hook-up’ to site services and following final Site Acceptance Testing are ready to be deployed for client applications .
Workspace Technology offers a range of holistic installation services incorporating Site Planning & Preparation, provision of Mechanical & Electrical infrastructure, Copper & Fibre I.T infrastructure, Contract Delivery & Position, Hook-up and Site Commissioning / Acceptance Testing.

Our core Installation Services include;
Workspace Technology’s Team can provide a range of Site Planning, Site Investigation and Preparation Services. Where deemed appropriate our team can arrange for Geo-Technical and GPS Surveys to clarify ground conditions, identify if contamination is present and to locate existing services.
Once Factory Acceptance Testing has been completed Workspace Technology can offer a complete contract delivery including cranage, I.T, power, & mechanical service connections to site infrastructure assuming site preparation works have been performed. Once in its final position and connection made a final Acceptance Test will be performed prior to handover to the client.
Ongoing Technical Prefabricated Building Maintenance & Technical Support Services
Our Maintenance & Support Team will deliver a comprehensive range of expert planned preventative maintenance, 24x365 emergency call-out, enhanced and optimised support following the commissioning of your prefabricated building.
We are experienced and qualified to effectively support all your equipment including; air-conditioning systems, chilled water systems, Rectifiers, UPS, generators, fire suppression & detection systems, environmental monitoring technology, DCIM and associated mission critical data centre, telecoms or power infrastructure.
Our core support services include;
Regular planned preventative maintenance helps improve the availability of your Technical Prefabricated Modular Data Centre, Telecoms Cabin or Power Pod by undertaking manufacturers recommended inspections, adjustments, lubrication and replacements. It also assists in identifying undetected problems thus reducing the probability of unplanned equipment breakdowns.
Our Emergency Call Out service provides clients with the reassurance that a Field Service Engineer will be despatched to site in the event of an unplanned equipment failure to get you back up and running as soon as possible.
Our Optimisation Services contract addresses Prefabricated Data Centre or Telecoms Cabin imbalances by fine tuning system settings and configuration arrangements with the aim of achieving optimum energy performance of your infrastructure.
